Advance Shipment Notifications

Communicate with your customers - Are you e-mailing your customers their shipping information? Some shippers send an Advance Shipment Notification after creating a shipment to their customers.

 

This email can contain the date shipped; the carrier used, and even all the tracking numbers of a multi-parcel shipment. Your customers can track their shipment by clicking the live link to the carrier in the email they receive.

 

This could significantly reduce the number of customer service calls received by your Customer Service Team from customers inquiring about the status of an order.
